SMS is mandatory. We are not taking device permissions as of now.

• How do I withdraw my old Mutual Funds investments made on the Old Wizely app?

If you want to withdraw your Mutual Funds investments then you can do it from the ICICI Prudential website. Please refer to the below process:

• https://arch.icicipruamc.com/InvOnline/app/aspx/frmredeem.aspx 
• Click on the above link and enter folio no from the account statement if you have equity funds then
• Select equity funds from the Scheme Type drop-down
• Select blue chip fund growth from the Scheme Name drop-down

If you have liquid funds then:

• Select hybrid funds from the Scheme Type drop-down
• Select liquid fund growth from the Scheme Name drop-down
• Enter captcha code
• Select the checkbox that you accept and click submit
• The user will receive a message and a link to confirm his bank account no. 
• Users can click and confirm the same

• What is the Exit load penalty?

If you had chosen the SmartDeposit Option while creating your Saving Plan, you would have seen a message regarding an Exit Load that is charged by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

There are no additional fees that Wizely charges.

An exit load is the fee AMCs (Asset management companies) may charge you at the time of withdrawing from a mutual fund scheme. The primary reason for levying exit load is to discourage you from backing out and pulling out your savings before the lock-in period is over. However, not all mutual fund schemes levy an exit charge on investors.

For ICICI Prudential Bluechip Fund - Growth:

• 1% of applicable NAV for redemption within 365 days
• For ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund -  Growth
• If 10% of the units (the limit) purchased are redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment - Nil 
• If more than 10% of units purchased are redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment - 1% of the applicable NAV 
• No exit load for redeeming after 1 year of purchase

• How do I liquidate my Old Recurring Deposit created on the Wizely App?

If you want to liquidate your recurring Deposit then you can do it from the ICICI bank.

Please visit the imobile pay app and click on the accounts and FD/RD options.

To close the plan, please click on iWish goal-based savings. At the bottom of the page, you will see the option to close the plan.
